Also known as Peixe (Fish) Beach, or Baía dos Pescadores (Fishermen Bay), the Ribeira Beach is situated in the most central area of Cascais.
Traditionally a fishermen Beach, it has a fishing port just next to it, with several fishing boats, not usually used as a Swim beach.
During Cascais festivities, it is in this beach that the famous Bull party, where a Bull is set free along the beach.
The access to the Beach is facilitated through several stairways and ramps.
Parking is quite hard, although there are a paid parking lot next to the beach, and a private one belonging to the Hotel Baía.
