Costa Nova

In between the Ria de Aveiro (estuary) and the ocean is located this small peninsula where Costa Nova is situated.
This is a place of ancient fishing tradition, where are situated the very traditional fishermen colourful wooden houses, providing colour and an unique ambiance to Costa Nova.
In Aveiro, there are some of this typical houses also next to the S. Roque Wharf.
